From Polda’s initial visit and consultation to the quotation and then to the redecorating itself we were extremely impressed with meticulous attention to detail. All surfaces were thoroughly prepared and all walls and woodwork received three coats of gleaming new paint. Where there were damages areas to the some of the walls there is now a smooth surface with no hint of what was once an ugly blemish.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, even working around our work commitments, pets, and the need to move furniture. We would have no hesitation in recommending Polda Builders to anyone who requires a professional job, properly carried out by a skilled and willing workman, capable of fulfilling to the highest standard any job undertaken.

Polda Builders have worked on my house several times over the past 10 years. They have remodeled my bathroom, put a WC into a very small space on the ground floor, opened the living space to create a more open-plan area without compromising the traditional nature of the building and generally ensured that it is well maintained.
The finished result is always good. Polda Builders consider the difficulties of the job in hand and are able to offer solutions to problems which prove insoluble to others. Cheerful in their work ethic, I am happy to recommend the quality of finished work.
Polda Builders was recommended to me by a friend whose house they had converted a stair cupboard into an impressive, contemporary loo. They’d also converted her upstairs bathroom and lavatory from two small rooms into one attractive, spacious room.
Having seen the work in her house, I was delighted when they agreed to carry out work in my flat where they converted an ugly fireplace into a contemporary bare brick wall and fireplace flanked by floor to ceiling shelves. Polda Builders also carried out work in my house in Essex where they sorted out plumbing problems and even mended the Dyson. Two of my neighbours were so impressed by their work the they’ve asked to undertake work for them.

I have employed Polda Builders for over the last 7 years to do a variety of work on my flat in Battersea. This has involved the sound proofing, plastering and decorating of several rooms, repair / replacement of a flat roof, and most recently a new shower room – a great improvement in quality and finish and good use of a confined space.
